Organic waste on-site resource treatment system-20 tons (truck unloading type)

After being lifted, the material enters the hopper and is conveyed by the screw into the crushing screen cylinder. After crushing, debris above 10mm is screened out. The debris above the screen is thrown out from the inorganic material port. The fine material under the screen falls into the screw press to remove excess moisture, and then is transported to the biochemical bin.
The biochemical chamber is stirred and heated, and fermented into dry organic fertilizer.

Integrated design, compact structure. The new hammer crushing and screening method has high crushing efficiency and more thorough screening after crushing. The equipment adopts spray-coated shell, which is clean and beautiful.
