Carbonization technology

ASD has expanded new possibilities for recycling through its carbonization device system.

When the treatment object is food waste, even if it is mixed with other packaging materials, it can be carbonized.
This system aims to convert food waste, packaging materials and sludge generated by hotels, food factories, etc. through carbonization into raw materials that can be reused as soil conditioners, purifiers, deodorants and fuels, etc., to achieve resource reuse.
Items not suitable for disposal/items containing a large amount of individual or mixed items, such as chlorinated polyethylene products (PVC products), expanded polystyrene products (foam plastics), petroleum, waste oil, volatile components (such as alcohol, etc.), metal, glass, ceramics, etc.

The high-pressure steam carbonization device
uses high-pressure water vapor of 1.5 to 2 MPa to modify trees and organic waste, and can reach a quasi-carbonization state in a short time (about 1 hour).

    The internal blades are responsible for crushing, mixing and automatic discharge.

    Environmentally friendly
    It can recycle carbonized waste liquid without emitting smoke.
