Dehydration technology

Efficient dehydration is achieved by applying high pressure dehydration (50kg/cm²) combined with the attraction of a vacuum pump to achieve a dual effect.
This system can powerfully dehydrate organic and inorganic sludge with high moisture content, and achieve solidification or new materials through substantial volume reduction.

    ① High-efficiency dehydration and high-efficiency dehydration
    [KHP- Dehydrator] The high-pressure vacuum high-power dehydrator applies a pressure of 50kg/cm² through hydraulic pressing to pressurize the sludge of the target waste liquid. At the same time, combined with the synergy of moisture attraction of the vacuum pump, it achieves short-term high-pressure dehydration.
    ② Low cost of thermal energy
    [KHP-Dehydrator] The sludge cake dehydrated to low moisture content has less water, so when heating and drying, the cost of thermal energy can be reduced, and the need for heating and drying will also be reduced. In the case of organic matter, it can also reduce combustion costs.
    ③ Substantial volume reduction (volume reduction)
    Waste liquid (sludge) is solidified into sludge cake with low moisture content, which can achieve substantial volume reduction (volume reduction).
    ④ Saving transportation costs
    In the past, it was difficult to transport the sludge cake that was not fully dehydrated. However, after using the [KHP-dehydrator] for dehydration, the greatly reduced and solidified sludge cake becomes easier to transport, and the transportation cost is also reduced.
    ⑤ Resource reuse
    Due to efficient dehydration, sludge cake is formed. For certain types of waste liquid (sludge), it is possible to realize resource reuse.

. When the frame is opened, the feed pump will start in reverse to cooperate with the release of the pressure in the filter plate, effectively preventing sludge from dripping from the filter plate.
⑤ Due to efficient dehydration, the processing time is shortened
, so large-capacity processing can be performed even if a small number of filter discs are used.
⑥ High and low pressures can be freely set.
For sludge, applying pressure does not always achieve efficient dehydration, especially for organic active residual sludge. Various types of sludge have different characteristics. In order to adapt to these differences, this equipment can freely set the pressure program (via timer) and divide the pressure into 4 channels to achieve personalized dehydration control.
⑦ The high-pressure injection pump
can form high-quality sludge cake through the high-hardness pump cylinder and piston (pressure range is 0kg/cm² ~ 50kg/cm²), realizing the 1st to 6th functions.
